One size fits all — there is no size to pick and nothing to measure. The mesh has 8 limb pocket holes, so you drop each leg into the pair that matches your pet. The same hammock works for a 4 lb kitten, a Frenchie, a beagle or a 70 lb retriever: bigger pets rest more of their body on the sling, smaller pets use the inner holes. (Sizing below applies to the ChinRest life vest only.)
